Registration and Account
During registration and login, we process your email address, password, authentication tokens and account metadata. This data is required to create and manage your user account and is processed via Supabase. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of the contract).
Payment Data
Payments, subscriptions and the customer portal are processed via Stripe. Card data is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We process and store, in particular, subscription status, Stripe customer ID, Stripe subscription ID and billing-related status information. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Server Logs
When you access our website, technically required log and request data may be processed, for example IP address, browser and device information, time of access, requested path, referrer and error information. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for secure and stable operation of the service.
We currently use only technically necessary cookies and similar storage mechanisms, especially for authentication, session management and secure access to protected dashboard areas. We do not currently use tracking or marketing cookies. Consent is therefore generally not required for these technically necessary cookies.
Supabase
We use Supabase for authentication, protected sessions, profile data and application data such as user settings, watchlists, language preference and TradersView preferences.
Stripe
We use Stripe for checkout, subscription management and billing portal functions. In addition, depending on your use of the service, market data may be requested from Yahoo Finance and Alpha Vantage, and Telegram-related data may be processed if you actively use the Telegram features.
Personal data is stored only for as long as required for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Account, profile and workspace data are generally stored for the duration of the contractual relationship. Billing-related data may be stored longer due to commercial and tax retention obligations.

The responsible data protection supervisory authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (LfDI BW), Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.
If you use TradersView or other dashboard functions, we may process saved workspace data such as selected symbols, watchlists, language preference and interface settings. If you use Telegram features, we may process Telegram chat IDs, invite information and channel assignment status. Market data shown in the app may be requested from external providers such as Yahoo Finance or Alpha Vantage when you actively use the corresponding functions. We do not currently use separate analytics or advertising tools according to the implemented code base.
