They govern free and paid access to the platform, including dashboard features, TradersView, Telegram functions and related subscription services.

data4traders provides market information, watchlists, chart views, screeners and analyses for informational purposes.

The service does not constitute investment advice, financial portfolio management or a solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments.

Using protected areas of the platform requires a user account.

Users are responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out via their account.

Certain functions are available free of charge, while other functions require a paid subscription.

The provider may change the scope of free and paid features if this is reasonable for users and does not affect already agreed essential paid services without good cause.

Paid plans are billed via the payment service provider used in the application. The specific price and billing interval shown during checkout apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in due time. Users can manage or cancel their subscription via the provided billing portal, subject to the terms shown during checkout.

The provider strives to keep the service available and up to date, but does not owe uninterrupted technical availability.

Temporary restrictions may occur in particular due to maintenance, security updates, dependence on third-party services or external data providers.

All content, signals, market data and analyses are provided without guarantee for accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent legally permissible.

If individual provisions of these Terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
